ESPAÑOL “Cap al Parc”
- La propuesta reconoce su posición integrada en el nuevo sistema de espacios públicos verdesdeLa Soledat, así como su papel central en la ciudad como nuevo equipamiento para los cuidados. El edificio busca la permeabilidad de la planta y la sección a través de sus aperturas hacia los parques.La permeabilidad del proyecto busca la relación transversal entre el barrio de la Soledat y futuro espacio verde con el soterramiento de vía cintura. Mediante la posición estratégica de aperturas se generan relaciones guiadas por la luz naturaly la relación con elexterior en todas las plantas y espacios. La calidad ambiental del edificio se consigue con la gestión de los espacios y dispositivos de intercambio interior exterior. La dinámica eficiencia programática, de circulación y accesibilidad del centro de salud se combina con la creación deespacios de espera como refugios previos a las consultas o tratamientos.Ladualidad, entre la gran escala de la ciudad y la pequeña de los espacios cotidianos, entre la velocidad de un equipamiento y la cotidianeidad del que espera, entre lo local y lo global, se articulan en el proyecto a través de los recorridos, el tamaño de los espacios, la relación con el exterior. “Capal Parc”es un centro articulado entre las escalas de la isla, la ciudad, el parque, la sala deespera y la consulta. Su objetivo es la integración y conectividad con su entorno para el uso ydisfrute de los usuarios y personal asistencial. “Cap al Parc” propone una estructura organizativa del programa basada en posibilitar cambios en el futuro, en la transversalidad y en la permeabilidad. Mediante sus estratégicos accesos y tratamiento de sus bordes, el edificio conecta los espacios públicos verdes y urbanos de su alrededor.

The proposal recognizes its integrated position in the new system of green public spaces of La Soledat, as well as its central role in the city as a new care facility. The building seeks the permeability of the floor plan and the section through its openings towards the parks.the permeability of the project seeks the transversal relationship between the Soledat neighborhood and the future green space with the undergrounding of the ring road.through the strategic position of the openings, relationships guided by natural light and the relationship with the exterior are generated in all floors and spaces. The environmental quality of the building is achieved with the management of the spaces and devices of interior and exterior exchange. The dynamic programmatic, circulation and accessibility efficiency of the health center is combined with the creation of waiting spaces as shelters prior to consultations or treatments. Theuality between the large scale of the city and the small scale of everyday spaces, between the speed of the equipment and the daily life of the person waiting, between the local and the global, are articulated in the project through the routes, the size of the spaces, and the relationship with the exterior. "Capal Parc" is a center articulated between the scales of the island, the city, the park, the waiting room and the consulting room; its objective is the integration and connectivity with its surroundings for the use and enjoyment of users and health care personnel. "Cap al Parc" proposes an organizational structure of the program based on enabling changes in the future, on transversality and permeability.
